Hine Jelly Aqua is a comprehensive nutritional food with well-balanced nutrients to be taken as a diet. It is suitable for persons who have difficulty taking sufficient nutrients with a regular diet due to medical conditions.

About Hine Jelly Aqua

The product is a jelly-type, concentrated liquid diet.

The compositions of each nutrient of Hine Jelly Aqua are based on the Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2005).

Since the product can be used for persons whose standard calorie intake is 800 to 1600 kcal per day, it can be used for persons with low energy needs.

The product contains Na (sodium) and Cl (chloride) in balanced concentrations.

The product supplies 101 mL of water per 100 kcal, providing a good source of hydration.

The product has a milk flavor.

Precautions for use

  1. 1.Consume under the direction of physician or registered dietitian. When supplying nutrients with the product alone, take care about the amount of each nutrient and the amount of water. It is a comprehensive nutritional food which can be used for persons whose standard intake of calories is 800 to 1600 kcal per day. It can also be used for persons with low energy needs.
  2. 2.Do not use the product with foods, supplements, or drugs which contain much zinc because such concurrent use may cause excessive intake of zinc.
  3. 3.Never administer the product intravenously.
  4. 4.Do not consume the product if the container is damaged or leaking or if abnormal taste or smell is noted when opening the product.
  5. 5.The product may become partially white due to coagulated protein or solidified fat, but this does not affect the nutrients of the product.
  6. 6.The jelly near the spout or the jelly surface may become dark, but this does not affect the nutrients of the product.
  7. 7.Some water may collect on the top. This is seen as a characteristic of jelly-type products and does not affect the nutrients of the product.
  8. 8.Consume promptly after opening the container. Store any unused product in the refrigerator and use it within a day.
  9. 9.Consume within the best before date.
  10. 10.The product is suitable as food for dietary therapy. Much consumption of the product does not contribute to cure of the disease.
